A favorite mindfulness moment in your day: Morning yoga class :)

Tell us a little bit about yourself: I took my first yoga class in 2012, but really got into yoga when I moved to Taiwan. After I returned to Oregon in 2016, I wanted to continue my practice and started taking classes with Carol. I loved Carol's teaching style and have been taking classes with her ever since.

What is your current movement or spiritual practice and how is it meaningful to you: For my current movement/ spiritual practice, I enjoy doing art projects, yoga, and meditation. I also love spending time outdoors.

What do you love about being a member at Adosa Wellness: All the teachers at Adosa are fantastic!

How do you practice self-care and self-love in everyday life? When you commit to this practice, how does it impact you? When I have been doing yoga, I feel more centered and calm. I also noticed that I am less injury prone, so I try to practice 2-3 times per week.
